(hereinafter referred to as “123Carbon,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a company registered in The Netherlands. 123Carbon is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 84799595. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our platform https://platform.123carbon.com/ and our website https://www.123carbon.com/ (the “Service“). We collect this information when you visit our platform or website with your computer, tablet or phone (“Computer“). We process personal data in a manner that is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”), the GDPR-based legislation and the other current privacy legislation.

  1. Your name, job title, e-mail address and phone number when you, or your company register for the 123Carbonplatform;
  2. Content (e.g., Intervention and Token data) that you supply to us for use of the Service;
  3. Communications between you and 123Carbon.

Log file information

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service. This log file information may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Change of control

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of 123Carbon or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honour the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.
